MCTA - Your Match in Montgomery County, MD
Founded in 1996 to promote tennis in our area, MCTA has grown to over 5,000 league players and is now the largest USTA Community Tennis Association in Maryland. MCTA welcomes players of all ages and skill levels for league play; to participate in a variety of annual tennis tournaments; or to volunteer for, or participate in a number of community outreach tennis programs.

MCTA Junior Team Tennis-Fall 2008

Start forming your new FALL teams as soon as possible. Registration for fall will begin in late August. An informational meeting will be held on September 9 to explain the new program format.

SpecialMCTA + Special Olympics= Great Success!!!
MCTA concluded its Spring season with the Special Olympics of Montgomery County, MD in May, 2008. With 30 athletes and 60+ volunteers, the program was a resounding success!!! We will reconvene in September of 2008 on the outdoor courts at the Cabin John Outdoor Tennis Facility.

Washington's newest sports team, the Washington Kastles, opened its professional World Team Tennis season on July 8th and crrently is making a run for the playoffs! Purchase tickets for any Kastles match and the Kastles will make a donation to the Montgomery County Tennis & Education Foundation. Just be sure to use special code "MCTA20" when purchasing your tickets!
