Captains:

In the event you need to delete a player from your roster, these policies and procedures apply!

1. Complete a Player Deletion Form. Be certain to complete it in its entirety; in order to process it, the players full name, USTA Membership Number, Team Code and Captain’s Name all must be legible and accurate. Save the form to your hard drive first; then complete it.
2. E-mail the completed document as an attachment to MCTA Leagues Coordinator Carol Cohen (ccohen@mctatennis.org) with a copy to your level coordinator. (If you prefer to print the form and mail it, contact Carol for mailing instructions.)

Note that if the player has not played in any matches, MCTA will always refund its $10 administrative fee. The Maryland District will refund its $18 fee only before season’s start; thereafter, no refund is available except for extenuating circumstances acceptable to the District. The TennisLink user fee (currently $2) is never refundable.

Remember that once the Captain signs the Player Deletion form, the player is no longer eligible to participate in match play and “deletions� cannot be reversed.

What is Winter Mixed Doubles League?
Matches played weeknights and weekends on three courts. Mixed gender teams with combined NTRP. Registration in December with play January-April. Post season advancement for league winners.
